Add v2 wrapper views and distinct OpenAPI schemas so every /api/v2/ route appears under Dataset APIs v2 and Waterbodies API v2, and restore geometry helper imports and v1 URL cleanup. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
