I/O: Migrate from ingestr to omniload

[amotl]

ingestr v1 started using the Functional Source License ¹, which prevents commercial use for two years. omniload keeps using the MIT license ². The patch mostly includes a sweeping rename operation s/ingestr/omniload/, because the interface is 99% the same like before.
