reqwest 0.13 renamed the 'rustls-tls' feature (rustls + webpki-roots bundled) to require opting in to 'rustls' and a certificate source separately, and gated '.query()' behind a 'query' feature. New feature set: rustls + webpki-roots + json + http2 + query. Closes the failing Dependabot PR #4. Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
