Rename the site to DANDI Notebooks - #198

The page title, hero, footer brand, Docker help page, and repository README heading now read "DANDI Notebooks" instead of "Example Notebooks". The hero eyebrow becomes dandiarchive.org so the parent site is still named without repeating DANDI twice. Repository name and URLs are unchanged.
