hackney 4.8.5 to 4.9.1 (with certifi 2.18.0, h2 0.12.5, quic 2.1.3) clears the five hex.audit advisories (EEF-CVE-2026-115693, -97200, -113440, -115700, -112880) that failed the build step. sobelow 0.16.0 to 0.18.1. sobelow 0.18 flags RC4 in Peer.MSE as Crypto.WeakCipher; skip it inline, since the MSE/PE wire spec requires RC4 and it only obfuscates traffic. Elixir 1.20.4 to 1.20.5 in .tool-versions, and the CodeQL upload-sarif pin moves to the current v4 commit. mix.lock: hackney 4.8.5 → 4.9.1, certifi 2.17.0 → 2.18.0, h2 0.12.4 → 0.12.5, quic 2.1.1 → 2.1.3, sobelow 0.16.0 → 0.18.1. Всички други Hex зависимости вече са на последна версия;mix.exs(ranges и git pin наproper) не е пипан..tool-versions: Elixir 1.20.4 → 1.20.5 (OTP 29.1.2 е последният). Билдът е наличен на builds.hex.pm за setup-beam.github/codeql-action/upload-sarif: SHA-пинът наv4е преместен към текущия v4 commit.
