Danoishan Sinnathamby

I lead technical project and program delivery across enterprise CRM, lifecycle marketing, customer data and MarTech. I’m based in Toronto and work as a Senior Account Manager at Vigorate.

My focus is the path from customer need to a release the operating team can support: clear requirements, explicit technical decisions, dependencies, specialist handoffs, QA/UAT, launch readiness and client adoption. I coordinate architecture, engineering, data, QA and business teams; production implementation belongs to the relevant specialists.

  • Delivery at scale: a current operating pattern across 20+ concurrent workstreams and programs supporting 200M+ annual sends. The case includes context for reported program outcomes.
  • Run Waypoint: a fictional architecture exercise with inspectable identity, consent, timing and booking-exit decisions, synthetic fixtures and automated tests.
  • Reusable artifacts: decision records, technical handoffs, readiness checklists and a filled example linked to its validation evidence.

I work with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Data 360, Braze and connected data environments, with an emphasis on source authority, identity, consent, operating ownership and end-to-end validation.
