feat(ppt): add four reviewed template packs

Summary

• update the bundled Kimi PPT package from 22 to 26 reviewed templates
• add Cobalt Work Atlas, Modular Logistics System, Swiss Signal Grid, and Nordic Operating Report
• retain the full 128-page Cobalt reference set
• bundle native deck.pptd and 30 editable .page sources for templates 06, 07, and 16
• exclude the rejected research-project, culture-census, and monochrome experiments
• pin the new archive by SHA-256 and npm integrity, with integration tests covering the exact catalog boundary

Verification

• PASS — template source tests: 23/23
• PASS — DSH Desktop Kimi integration tests: 10/10
• PASS — archive audit: 26 designs, 128 Cobalt reference pages, 3 PPTD decks, 30 page sources
• PASS — package host/client TypeScript build
• BLOCKED (baseline) — latest main full-suite check reproduces the same unrelated HMR/mobile failures on a clean upstream/main checkout in this sandbox: port listeners return EPERM, and the current mobile bridge test has a pre-existing Duplex/Socket type error
• NOT_RUN — new native PowerPoint/WPS package-level acceptance; accepted template artifacts keep their earlier per-template LibreOffice/PPTD QA records
