Revise the remaining phase 1 topics (and the last batch of topics in the DOC-5247 epic):

• Separate deploying ZDM Proxy from deploying the monitoring stack and revise all the content.
  • The monitoring stack and metrics info is on its own dedicated page.
  • The core proxy deployment and configuration, including TLS, is on its own dedicated page.
  • Update the phase 1 summary for the new page structure
• Revise connect clients to proxy.
  • The page never actually said how to connect to the proxy 🙈.
  • (Minor) Align some similar driver information on connect clients to target.
  • Move token-aware routing to compatibility requirements with the other client prerequisite info
