DOC-5550 remove dsbulk migrator

DSBulk Migrator has been deprecated for some time. It is replaced by DSBulk Loader.

• Replace DSBulk Migrator attribute with DSBulk Loader attribute
• Replace the DSBulk Migrator section with DSBulk Loader on components.adoc and migrate-and-validate-data.adoc.
• Remove the dsbulk-migrator.adoc and redirect to migrate-and-validate-data.adoc. The content wasn't really "moved" there but that page says what happened to DSBulk Migrator. There was, strangely, already a redirect in docs-infra that was supposed to redirect dsbulk-migrator.adoc to the DSBulk Loader docs.
• Add a FAQ about DSBulk Migrator.
• Replace the DSBulk Migrator tile on the index with DSBulk Loader
