Promising, but I am not going to add a brand-new project like this. Please ping me if your project is maintained in six months. I'll keep the issue open.

nimble.css is still maintained after six months. Arguably more than https://github.com/dbohdan/classless-css#picocss, which nimble.css is meant to replace.

@Leftium You may want to comment on the HN story "Pico CSS is no longer maintained (final release v2.1.1)" and link nimble.css.
