Removes
docs/DESIGN-BRAIN-V2.md, the July review record behind design brain version 2. Its roadmap landed long ago, anddocs/DESIGN-BRAIN.mdis the current reference; its two mentions of the old page now keep a short note of the review instead of a link.The offline suite passes.
