[FEAT] 어드민 인증 실패 응답 정리 및 단체 아이콘 원본·ZIP 다운로드 - #293
- 어드민 비밀번호 검증을 인터셉터로 옮겨 파라미터 바인딩 전에 401을 반환한다
- 필수 요청 값 누락·읽을 수 없는 요청 본문을 500 대신 400으로 응답한다
- 아이콘 전체를 원본 그대로 ZIP으로 내려받는 API를 추가한다
- 어드민 단체 목록에 아이콘 원본 다운로드와 전체 ZIP 다운로드 버튼을 추가한다
