사회자가 아직 접속하지 않았거나(Case 2) 토론 중 연결이 끊긴 경우(Case 3), 청중 화면이 이를 인지하지 못하고 무한 대기하거나 마지막 상태로 카운트다운을 계속하던 문제를 처리했습니다.
백엔드는 사회자 disconnect를 감지·브로드캐스트하지 않으므로, 백엔드 변경 없이 FE heartbeat 방식으로 사회자 연결 여부를 판단합니다. (BE develop 기준
