[fix] 1초 미만 녹음 구간 Soniox 전송 제외 및 녹음 버튼·토론 기록 카드 UI 개선 - #534

시작 직후 멈춘 구간은 오디오 머리 정보만 담겨 Soniox가 깨진 파일로 거절한다(dev 10/24 01:45). 이런 구간은 문장 없는 구간으로 바로 정리해 전사 실패로 표시되지 않게 한다. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
녹음하지 않을 때는 "토론 녹화하기" 버튼, 녹음 중에는 "토론 녹음 중" 태그로 보인다. 누르면 지금처럼 녹음 설정(모드 선택·동의)을 열거나 녹음을 끈다. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Invalid audio file로 실패했음(10/24 01:45, 10건 중 1건). 녹음 길이가 1초 미만인 구간은 보내지 않고 문장 없는 구간으로 정리해 전사 실패로 표시되지 않게 함. BE 실패 로그 보강은 [FIX] Soniox 전사 실패 로그에 오디오 크기·형식 추가 debate-timer-be#287.토론 녹화하기버튼, 녹음 중에는토론 녹음 중태그로 보이고, 누르면 지금처럼 녹음 설정(모드 선택·동의)을 열거나 녹음을 끔. 아래에N문장 기록과 전사 중·실패 구간 수를 보여줌.검증
