Version 0.14.0 with install lines and tag links for ~> 0.14.0 and v0.14.0, the changelog's Unreleased section under 0.14.0, and release notes. 0.14.0 rather than 0.13.1: ReActV2 gains last_request_tools (#340) and finish: :submit (#343), and every plain-text ReActV2 program's system message changes (#341), as do forced submit requests and extracted histories, so what callers' models read and what hosts store changes.

Version 0.14.0, with install lines and tag links moved to
~> 0.14.0andv0.14.0,priv/public_api.json's package version, the changelog's Unreleased section under0.14.0 — 2026-10-16, and release notes for 0.14.0.0.14.0 rather than 0.13.1: ReActV2 gains two options,
last_request_tools(#340) andfinish: :submit(#343, #346, #347), and what callers receive changes: every plain-text ReActV2 program's system message (#341), forcedsubmitrequests and extracted turns' histories (#343), and a resume with no new inputs now answers instead of failing (#344). #342 is a test-only dependency bump.mix checkandmix quality.checkpass locally.
