What this changes
Replaces the stale CODEOWNERS entry (@lukeocodes) with the current DX maintainers of the embed packages: @dg-coreylweathers, @GregHolmes, and @deepgram-kiley.
Action needed beyond this file
CODEOWNERS entries only function for users with write access to the repository. The three maintainers above currently do NOT have write access on this repo (verified 2026-08-30), so an org admin also needs to grant them write here for review routing to take effect. The stale entry had the same problem in reverse on the sibling repos.
Part of re-establishing ownership across the four embed repos (ui, agent, react, browser-agent) per team decision 2026-08-30. Companion PRs: deepgram/agent#70, deepgram/browser-agent#67.
