Description
Layered enrichment: snapshot only → + Git history → + tickets. From ticket references in commit messages, pull the issue and its conversation: natural-language why, not just the diff. Minimal prerequisite now: store commit message, author and date so a later enrichment pass can run without re-extracting.
Test bed: Apache Fineract has a public Jira with ~2 800 tickets.
