pnpm -r build fails on a fresh clone: unknown output format "llms" for kind "home"

On a fresh git clone, pnpm install && pnpm -r build (the sequence in the README) aborts in the website package:

Hugo v0.166.0 extended, macOS arm64.

Cause

website/themes/hextra is a git submodule and a plain git clone leaves it empty. The llms output format referenced by outputs.home in website/hugo.yaml is declared by Hextra itself, so with the theme missing Hugo does not know the format and refuses the config. The error message points at the site config, not at the missing theme, which makes it hard to diagnose.

Anyone with hugo on their PATH hits this, because the website build only skips itself when hugo is absent.

Fix

git submodule update --init --recursive

or clone with git clone --recurse-submodules in the first place.

Proposed change

Document it, since the config and the build script are correct:

- root README.md: use git clone --recurse-submodules in the getting-started block, and add a note for clones made without it, quoting the exact error so it is searchable
- website/README.md: put git submodule update --init --recursive before the Hugo commands and explain why the llms format comes from the theme

Verified: a fresh clone with --recurse-submodules followed by pnpm install && pnpm -r build builds the site (182 pages) and exits 0.
