feat(presets): add comprehensive preset profiles with dynamic parameter binding and UI polish

Summary

• Refactors preset profiles into an extensible metadata taxonomy (Movie/Default, Balanced, Podcast, Presentation, Anime, Action, Fine-grained).
• Dynamically binds and auto-populates all detection parameters across all 3 pipeline stages when a preset is selected.
• Flags manual user adjustments dynamically with a 'custom' state badge.
• Synchronizes preset definitions directly between backend Python models and Web frontend.
• Overhauls Web Lifecycle Studio layout with modern segmented toggles, responsive scene card badges, frosted glass timestamp pills, and styled modal dialogs.

Verification

• Added solver and CLI preset tests covering all profiles.
• Passed full test suite (31 tests in pytest), ruff formatting and linting, and mypy strict type checking.
• Verified visual responsiveness and interactive behavior with Playwright across desktop and mobile viewports.
