Flatten the vinext-prefixed _next directory into the Pages artifact root. This prevents GitHub Pages from mounting assets at a doubled /yeollin-cms/yeollin-cms path while HTML requests /yeollin-cms/_next. The workflow also asserts that CSS and chunk directories exist before upload.
