This is a much-expanded version of siri404's gcloud feature, offering options to install the various storage & pubsub emulators, appengine components, etc. The dependency closure of the various gcloud components is large and the disk footprint for some of them is substantial, so all component installs beyond the base CLI are off by default. The "telemetry" feature of siri404's original feature has been removed. While well-intentioned, it leaked ipgeo-mappable location information and other potentially de-anonymizable details that should not be an on-by-default disclosure.

This is a much-expanded version of siri404's gcloud cli feature in collection form, adding support for installing the storage and pubsub emulator components and App Engine SDKs. It works around some bugs in Google's storage emulator packaging that could reduce container reproducibility.
