Opt-in NDJSON v4 preserves existing v3 consumers. Separate bounded enrichment workers emit label-only updates and local errors without invalidating the initial diff. AI-assisted implementation with Codex.

Add opt-in
--format ndjson --stream-annotationsoutput (protocol v4). Emit initial code, folds, and structural coverage before slow plugin enrichment, then send annotation events targeting existing regions. The default v3 stream and TUI retain their completed-file behavior.A bounded queue runs deferred work separately; completion waits for that work. Annotation failures retain the initial diff and report an error. Queue saturation can backpressure further file preparation.
Validated initial-file flush ordering, deferred updates, failure handling, and the real WASM summarizer against a delayed local HTTP endpoint.
