Prepares diffr for its first public release at 0.1.0. Removes inherited difftastic documentation and site assets, updates package metadata and CLI branding, and adds upstream attribution, the Janet grammar's CC0 license, and project contribution and security documents. The crate name and DFT_* environment variables remain unchanged.
Releases publish immediately for Apple Silicon macOS and Linux x86_64, with no crates.io publishing job. Both release jobs explicitly request contents write access because the repository defaults to read-only Actions tokens; asset uploads wait for release creation.
Validation: cargo fmt --all -- --check, cargo check --locked, cargo test --locked (284 passed, one ignored), focused binary tag and option tests, CLI version and help checks, actionlint, and typos v1.38.1.
