Makes the diffr CLI installable from crates.io.
diffr-cli(binary stilldiffr); the plugin SDK and the seven bundled plugins are publishable, all at 0.1.1.linksmetadata. The CLI readsDEP_*_ASSETSinstead of manifest paths, preserving bundled plugins in registry builds.Validation: formatting, locked build and full locked tests pass (285 tests passed, one ignored). The workspace schema names all seven plugins. Cargo 1.90 packages and verifies all nine crates successfully. The packaged CLI reports version 0.1.1 and all seven plugins. Summarize includes its manifest, WASM and queries; the CLI excludes nested plugin packages and includes its WIT contract.
