feat: add protector-only online compatibility verification

Summary

• focuses the checker, admin tools, bulk scanner, and printable sheet on screen protectors only
• adds online source search for a selected phone pair through a fixed server-side search endpoint
• requires a staff member to review the sources and explicitly confirm that both models are named before saving
• saves researched pairs with source evidence; administrators may mark them verified, while staff submissions remain unverified
• keeps online phone-model research and model registration available

Safety and data quality

• no compatibility pair is saved automatically from search results
• results are filtered to protector-related terms
• the server only calls fixed Bing RSS / DuckDuckGo endpoints (no arbitrary URL fetching)
• the UI keeps a physical-fit warning for unverified protector matches

Validation

• TypeScript typecheck: passed
• ESLint: passed
• Vitest: passed
• Vercel production build and protected preview deployment: passed
• GitHub-hosted runner currently reports startup_failure before job steps; the earlier run's app checks above completed successfully
