ndx stop --versionfailed withMissing value for --versionbecause--versionwas always read as ndx's package-version option.After a package id, a
--versionwith nothing after it is now forwarded to the tool, the same asndx stop -- --version.ndx --versionstill prints the ndx version. A following token (1.2.3, or even another flag) is still the package version.
