docs(brand): new AI-ready hero banner (README + npm + docs) - #10

Replace the hero banner (assets/ + apps/docs/public/ mirror, both .png and .svg) with the refreshed docs-brand design: a "NOW AI-READY" chip, the /llms.txt · /llms-full.txt · Copy-for-AI proof line, tighter 8pt spacing with a proper outer safe margin, the official hook mark, and a faded hook-name cloud. 3000×1080. The README (npm + GitHub) references assets/hookli-banner.png by raw URL, so this updates all three surfaces.
