Drop-in WP theme mirroring the editorial Swiss-modern feel of sandip.dev: Inter + Fraunces + JetBrains Mono, the four-palette system (fog/white/paper/ink), sticky masthead with status dot, and a row-based post list that echoes the homepage "elsewhere on the internet" pattern. Includes index/single/page/archive/search/404/comments templates, editor stylesheet, brand assets, README install guide, and a zipped artifact at wordpress-theme/sandip-dev.zip ready to upload via Appearance -> Themes -> Add New.
