Hi! I would like to submit Mesa-LP to the list.
Mesa-LP is a new full-spectrum, bilingual programming language built from scratch (featuring a custom 1000+ line Lexer and a robust AST). It is not just a syntax skin; it is engineered specifically to serve as the native userspace toolchain for an upcoming custom x86 microkernel.
I believe it fits perfectly in this category for developers interested in custom OS toolchains and low-level language design.
