Remove language selection button (OpenAI STT auto-detects language)

Feature Request

Remove the language selection button from the UI, as the OpenAI Speech-to-Text (STT) API now automatically detects the spoken language.

Requirements

• Identify and remove any language selection button(s) or related UI elements.
• Refactor any code that references or depends on manual language selection.
• Update documentation or help text if it refers to choosing a language for speech input.
• Ensure the speech-to-text workflow is not interrupted and functions seamlessly with automatic language detection.

Notes

• Test thoroughly to confirm there are no regressions in speech input features.
• No need to provide a language selection option in settings or dialogs.
