Adds sms-florin — a service for renting real phone numbers to receive SMS/OTP verification codes, aimed at testing verification flows (WhatsApp, Telegram, Google, and other services that require phone verification) without using a personal number. Ships with an official npm SDK for CI/QA automation, alongside a REST API and Telegram bot.
Placed next to Postman since it's the same "API you integrate with, not a framework you install" shape as the rest of that section.
