최종35d265a exact head 수용: James/Popper 독립 FULL 최종PASS/열린P0P1P2 없음, push+PR CI Python3.11/3.12/3.13 및 Ruff/mypy 모두GREEN. 로컬220passed/14subtests/coverage92.34%/strictmypy23파일/Ruff전체PASS. remote main이 head의ancestor임을 확인했고 기존 dirty WT는 유지했다. merge7913cbf62a4a2c641122da0b0a88fbf56056e87e. 기존API 변경/운영API 호출/배포 없음. 원문업무 숫자·시각 승인은 별도 SDK11의public검증으로 보강한다. |

Transport 주차장 Map export가 전체 수신을 증명할 수 있도록 public
parking_raw_set/ParkingRawSet을 추가한다. 기존 raw/status/fee API는 유지한다.검증: WSL offline 전체193 passed, 신규14건, 변경 파일 Ruff PASS. strict mypy/전체 Ruff/coverage 및 CI·두 독립 적대 리뷰는 진행 중이다. 운영 API 호출/배포 없음. 원본/기존 Codex WT 미커밋 변경은 유지하고 remote main 01e7f6d에서 별도 WT로 작업했다.
