최종6c9aa9ae2ad77cbef3fb538d23f5da1f362e0482 수용: James/Popper 독립 FULL 최종PASS/열린P0P1P2 없음, push+PR CI Python3.11/3.12/3.13 및 Ruff/mypy 모두GREEN. 로컬266passed/14subtests/coverage92.43%/strictmypy24파일/Ruff전체PASS. remote main이 head의ancestor임을 확인했으며 기존 dirty WT는 유지했다. mergeb645dc535de94fffcd7de13e05d33e5203d03ad4. 기존API/parser 변경/운영API 호출/배포 없음. Transport118은 이 SDK canonical 값을 새typed현재표에 직접 사용하고 기존이력 parser결과를 보존한다. |

Transport Map 승인 경계가 legacy status parser의 오류 문자열→0/현재시각 fallback을 신뢰하지 않도록 public
parse_parking_snapshot_values와ParkingSnapshotValues를 추가한다. 기존 HTTP/완결receipt/status API는 유지한다.검증: offline 전체/coverage85%/Ruff/strict mypy 마감중. 두 독립 적대 리뷰와 exact CI가 필요하며 운영 API 호출/배포는 하지 않는다. SDK10 후속, Transport118 P1의 provider 소유 수정이다.
