KAC의 실제 주차장명·최대요금과 무료/기본/추가·차량/휴일별 필드가 typed 응답에서 누락되어 소비자가 정확한 규칙을 연결할 수 없었습니다. 공식 필드를 우선하는 nullable ParkingFee를 보완하고 기존 생성자·raw 응답을 유지합니다.
0과 결측을 구분합니다. 음수·소수·비수치(쉼표 조합 포함)는 파싱 오류로 거절하고, 숫자·쉼표로만 이루어진 잘못된 천단위 표기는 값을 추측하지 않고 None으로 남깁니다. 정상3자리 천단위는 허용합니다.
최종 head18abcf6의 CI40692790197은 Python3.11/3.12/3.13·ruff·mypy 모두 성공했습니다. 독립 James/Popper 리뷰의 P2와 증분 P1 반례를 수정한 뒤 두 최종 리뷰에서 미해소 지적0을 확인했습니다. 최종 독립 검증은 James47개+149assertion, Popper35개+공개XML26입력입니다. WSL/Docker 초기312개·보완Docker321개 및 각 단계의 원 실패는 별도 결과로 보존합니다.
머지 e60b5280462803d00575cf9a16911681057d5ea6의 tree는 최종 검토 head와 같습니다. 실제 API 키·운영 수집·DB 변경은 포함하지 않습니다.
