Description

This PR is a small UI improvement - it renders external links with arrow icon and removed underlying and also use consistent font size in tables across all fields.

Fixes #804.

This looks good to me! I also added the same icon to a couple of the external links in the individual Skill pages and the "Visit provider website" link in the Provider pages
