Adds dep_details object to project analysis that adds flags like
only,runtimeandenv. Looked into other methods of usingmixload_on_environmentwithprodandtestto generate different lists as outputs, but environment based loading was deprecated in Elixir 1.9+.Also adds a
has_test_filesflag based on whether theres files in the**/test/**glob.
