What changed
Why
Process Analysis Canvas already stores observed variants, pain points, evidence, and data flows. Before this change, edits to those facts could stay outside the main semantic change-control loop. This PR makes process discovery data part of the same deterministic review workflow as process design.
Compatibility
The change is additive for semantic-diff and impact JSON output. Existing step/catalog diff keys are preserved.
