Packaging for Debian is incorrect. Should be splitted into multiple packages using CPackComponent and renamed for debian into libdocopt-dev and libdocopt #142

   No, it is not about Debian (Debian usually uses debhelper for packaging, not CPack), it is about packages generated from this repo without any involvement of Debian scripts.
