Bump Node to 24.21.0, Autoprefixer to 10.6.1 and Sass Embedded to 1.105.0

• Supersedes Renovate's Update all minor versions #516, which stayed conflicted after Bump link-cache to 0.6.0 and migrate the cache to link-cache.jsonc #504 landed link-cache 0.6.0:
  • same three remaining bumps; link-cache dropped
  • lock regenerated by our own npm under the repo's release-age floor: 25 of 28 entries equal Renovate's, three browserslist-data transitives one patch newer
• Scope:
  • Node pin follows the theme's (.nvmrc, the one reader-facing pin)
  • Autoprefixer and Sass Embedded, dev-only
• Out of scope: the lock's pre-existing braces and source-map-js advisories (tracked separately)
• Vet: no advisories on old or new versions; every entry clears the 7-day floor; check:links, site tests and format check green locally
