LORE's provider calls log an assistant 'Not logged in' row before the prompt on the first attempt, so the 0.62.14 internal-session check (which required no earlier row) missed them and 161 reviewer/dreamer sessions were indexed as work. The prompt now flags the session when no earlier user row exists. Release 0.62.17.

… row

The provider's first attempt (claude --bare without credentials) logs an
assistant "Not logged in" row before the prompt. internal_prompt() was only
checked when no row had been read yet, so those sessions passed as normal
work: after 0.62.14, 161 reviewer and dreamer sessions were newly indexed.

The prompt now flags the session when no earlier row is a user row, and
clears the rows already read.
