Adds Python source paths to LORE's reviewed codegraph snapshot read/store protocol. Repository-relative .py requests retain the existing size, worktree, revision, and exact-source rehash checks. Snapshot binding remains unknown: Python syntax candidates do not establish semantic imports, calls, or name resolution.

Validation: python_snapshot_roundtrips_and_source_edits_invalidate_it covers a Python snapshot round trip and source-edit invalidation; invalid paths remain rejected. Candidate tests are not run locally; the root-owned gate will exercise CI's test (Python 3.12), native (locked Rust suite, launcher, interoperability), and macos-native checks.
