fix(review): keep background workers out of session history - #129

Conversation
Release LORE 0.62.23. Disable Claude session persistence in the native and Python review launchers, including OAuth fallback calls, so internal reviews are not offered as user conversations or imported into Desktop history. Cover Deriver and Dreamer calls and retain reviewed memory and process cleanup behavior. Existing saved sessions require separate archival.

Background Deriver and Dreamer calls were saved as ordinary Claude conversations and could be imported into Desktop/Codex recent sessions. Disable persistence in the native and Python launchers, including OAuth fallback, while retaining review and cleanup behavior.
Release LORE 0.62.23. Existing saved conversations require separate archival.
Validation: native reviewer/admin contracts and Python persistence regressions; full Rust, launcher and Python suites checked before merge.
