Review comments at @README.md:
- Line 1: Move the opening p tag off the ATX heading line and place it on its
own line after a blank line so the centered paragraph applies to the social
links.

…nly it The "Follow me" links at the top of the README name the community chat, which is on the list of applications rule 26 keeps out of the repository. The link says where people talk about the project, not what the tool was measured on, so the maintainer made an exception for that one line. The exception is a whole line, not a name: FNV-1a of the trimmed line in one file, so the same name anywhere else, or that line changed by a single character, fails the scan again. Two new tests keep it narrow. Every exception must match exactly one line of its file, and that line must still need it. A synthetic line shows that an exception passes only word for word, only in its own file, and never takes the rest of the file with it. The number of exceptions has a ceiling that only comes down. Rollback probes, each measured on the names test file: a wrong hash, the skip removed, the exception applied to any file, no trimming, the ceiling lowered, the README line edited, the README line copied. Seven of seven red, each in the tests it was meant to turn red. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
