Port namespace lifecycle commands through the published SDK - #116

Exact candidate The nine-file diff is confined to Rust source/tests/harness/README. PHP's release/cache-warm workflow is unchanged; its main push trigger matches only release.yml, and the Rust publisher remains tag/manual. No workflow-run publisher or new automatic private producer is invoked by this integration. Existing independently scheduled/manual effects retain their operational gates. Normal protected owner source integration uses the actual required contexts, without a new blanket independent-review gate or bypass. This carries source coverage only. It does not qualify a stable Rust package, installed artifact, live Server/namespace mutation, archive, Intel installer, resumable operation or public release. Cli owns actual-main checks and exact cleanup after the normal merge. |

Actual-main source acceptance is complete: Accepted source coverage is now 25/86. Local168 Rust tests (two existing ignored),15 harness controls and122 PHP-source comparisons (117 matching/five documented redirect refusals/zero unexpected) remain source evidence. No live namespace mutation, installed/archive/stable2.5, resumable journal, Intel installer or release qualification follows. Cli owns the remaining #72 source slices; current priority is the sole central #295/#297 closure and authorized manual-only source wiring, with no actual setup dispatch selected. |

Rust namespace create/update/delete now use the pinned published SDK transport, preserving the PHP payload, empty-update array, exact namespace route, resource context and JSON/JSONL/human output behavior. Each mutation sends one target request, refuses redirects and leaves a lost response uncertain without resubmission. Human values remain literal.
This normally refreshes the prepared lifecycle source onto accepted namespace reads and workflow/list-runs binding. The accepted parity-case sequence and all six PHP namespace command source files are preserved exactly; the new cases extend them. Accepted coverage remains22/86; these three candidates would make25 after normal integration and actual-main acceptance.
Validation:168 Rust tests pass (two existing ignored), fmt/clippy pass,15 harness controls pass, and122 PHP-source comparisons yield117 matching/five documented redirect refusals/zero unexpected. Cached public toolchains and dependency graph were reused offline, at most2 build jobs; all owned containers are removed. PHP/runtime/SDK/Server/reference pins, TLS behavior, Intel installer and release contracts stay unchanged. No live Server, installed/archive qualification, publication or resumable-mutation guarantee is claimed.
