Fix unexpected behaviour whereby automatic chain_strength rescaling of the bqm for one embedding impacts the scaling of other embeddings.
By default (auto_scale=True) all embeddings are now independently rescaled to use the maximum available h_range and j_range, where these are discoverable from a child sampler (a DWaveSampler).
