The agent ignored the existing 'do not hard-wrap' bullet in the output contract (PR #73 had hard-wrapped body text). Two changes: 1. Added the rule to the agent definition's key points section, which the agent sees first and is more likely to internalize. 2. Strengthened the wording in the output contract: 'Never hard-wrap' with explicit reasoning that it 'looks sloppy and signals carelessness' and that it applies everywhere in .PR.md.
