- Fix module docstring: 'five-section' -> 'six-section', update description to mention .PR.md instead of 'reasoning'. - Fix AGENT_DESIGN.md: PR title limit 70 -> 100 chars (matching the code and prompt). - Add per-charm CI note to AGENT_DESIGN.md: CI runs only for changed charms, unchanged charms get no CI. - Add no-hard-wrap rule to AGENT_DESIGN.md PR body section. - Remove duplicated sentence in AGENT_DESIGN.md CI section.
