platform/packages/cli/package-lock.json exists even though the whole monorepo is a pnpm workspace (pnpm-workspace.yaml) and every other package relies on the root pnpm-lock.yaml. This file was presumably generated by an npm install run locally and should be removed to avoid confusion / accidental npm-based installs diverging from the workspace's resolved versions.
