These templates were enabled=true in cli.properties but their repos didn't exist in the dynamiatools org, so the wizard offered them and then failed validateTemplateRepo at runtime instead of showing the existing availabilityMessage. Placeholder repos were created and enabled will flip to true per repo once each has a functional scaffold (framework#91).
