Checklist
Now that we have billing enabled let's start pulling some real stats. This swaps out the sample data set for http archive and replaces it with the latest monthly dataset. It also swaps out the GCP project with the correct project.
If we find more people want to contribute to this part of the project then maybe we can look at making the tables configurable ie: swap between sample data and full dataset. But until then lets keep it simple and just have it default to the latest monthly data.
